SBR Local St Albans Duathlon

Looking for an opportunity to take part in a multisport event for the first time? Aloha Tri are excited to invite you to a beginner Duathlon on 10 December with support from Triathlon England at the St Albans Cycle Hub. https://bit.ly/SBRStAlbansDec2023

This is part of the "Swim Bike Run Local" initiative by British Triathlon and is aimed at beginners from +6 to adult who would like to try a multi-sport event for the first time. It’s a no pressure and non-competitive duathlon! Please note this is a bare bones event meaning there will be no medals or chip timing, but the opportunity to take part in a fun, friendly event at St Albans. The cycle course is off-road, so a bike with off-road tyres would be advised.

Distances: For ages 8-14: Run 0.4km, Bike 1km, Run 0.2km For ages 15+: Run 1.6km, Bike 2km, Run 0.8km For families, incl. kids 6+: Run 0.3km, Bike 1km, Run 0.15km

Registration is from 10am and the event only starts at 10:15am.
